I received my Arrim ONE. In trying to set it up I charged the device (is the blue light ever supposed to turn off or change colors when charging completes?), downloaded the app, ran the app, then turned the Arrim ONE on and connected it to my iPhone (6s), as directed in the instructions. Nothing happened other than me granting camera permissions, and now I get an icon of a phone scanning a grid overlaid on the camera feed when I start the app. No calibration button, no screen menus of any kind, no nothing. If I go to close the app, it's shown as oriented sideways before I flick it off the screen. I tried deleting and re-downloading the app, but there was no change in behavior.
What gives? What am I supposed to do? Is my Arrim ONE defective from the factory? Your assistance is appreciated.
