I ordered Arrim ONE Hard Case Set and received email "Please provide your shipping address in Japanese."
But my response did not reach you in any way such as login-account email, other private email, and other provider email.
My email also did not send to service@arrim.net, web page of "contact us."
I obtained your request but do not have any way to response.
Is there any way to contact you?

I received my order correctly.
But this problem does not solved.
