I am getting the same response from Google Play with my Stylo 4 phone. I have Android v 8.1.0. I have been involved in several Kickstarter programs and this one is the only one that doesn't work. If you needed more time, you should have waited before sending them out. I am afraid to try the unit I got for the Apple that it will be just as lame and inoperable.
If there is no solutions then I request a return and full refund.
