Pipe Size, Water Depth, and Wetted Area

I have an application that is a pipe partially filled with water. I want to be able to measure:
1. What the pipe diameter is
2. Measure how deep the water is in the pipe
3. Measure the "wetted area" of the pipe.

I have attached a drawing and a formula. Can this be achieved with your Arrim product?
